Verry cold room conditions in the Restaurant and Lobby/Social Area Service in the Restaurant is limited in speaking english

The hotel provided excellent value for money and was in a beautiful location, perfect for exploring the surrounding levadas. the basic continental breakfast was adequate, and the main menu offered good options. the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
